Sign-ups for the summer season begin tonight at the Wolfhound! A big thanks to the Wolfhound for allowing up to host this event! Drink specials for the event are:

Below are some details on what the sign-up process entails:

Cost for the season: $40 per player on sign-up night only. We will start online sign-ups early next week. At that time, the price will increase to $45. While space is limited, we would like to be able to allow everyone to play who wants to play. Signing up in person before the online sign-ups commence ensures that you will be guaranteed a spot in the league.

Ways to pay: cash; zelle (astoriasports1@gmail.com) and quickpay

Purpose of the in-person sign-up: Aside from a good night out, the sign-up event allows us to meet with individuals who are interested in playing. We will gladly answer all questions and go over all information with any and all aspiring players.

Can you sign up friends? Yes. Aside from payment, you just need their full name, email and shirt size. All teams are assigned a shirt color, and all teams members receive a shirt with signups. The sizes are:

Men’s: small, medium, large, xl, xxl, xxxl

Women’s: x small, small, medium, large, xl, xxl.

What comes after the signup: We will finalize the rosters and notify the team captains of their teammates. All players must sign a waiver prior to playing. Waivers will be electronic and sent to all players at the email provided. We will also be using Leagueapps this season. This will allow the league to email all members of a team in the event of a change in schedule due to rain/lights/any unforeseen occurrence. Additionally, it will be the method in which players will sign up. Standings, schedule, and rosters will be updated on both Leagueapps and our website.
